Dr Guy Blaise NKAMLEU is senior advisor to the Vice-President at the African Development Bank, and has garnered over 20 years’ experience in development economics and strategic analysis, both theoretical and in field implementation. He is Associate Editor-in-Chief of the African-Evaluation-Journal (AEJ), and of the African-Journal-of-Agriculture-and-Resource-Economics (AFJARE). He has authored several articles and books related to Africa’s development issues and is a past winner of the GDN award for Outstanding Research on Development.
Dr Guy Blaise NKAMLEU est conseiller principal du Vice-président de la Banque africaine de développement. Il s’est forgé une expérience de plus de 20 ans dans l’économie de développement et l’analyse stratégique, tant sur le plan théorique que dans la mise en œuvre sur le terrain. Il est rédacteur en chef adjoint du Journal africain d’évaluation (JAE) et du Journal africain d’économie agricole et des ressources (JAEAR). Il a rédigé plusieurs articles et ouvrages dans le domaine du développement. Ses travaux lui ont valu il y a quelque temps le prix Outstanding Research on Development décerné par Global Development Network (GDN).
