Catlyne Haddaoui is a Research Analyst for the Coalition of Urban Transitions. A development economist, she has previously worked as a researcher at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI, London) and as an economist at the Department for International Development of the French Ministry of Foreign affairs. 

Catlyne Haddaoui est chercheuse analyste pour la Coalition pour les transitions urbaines (Coalition for Urban Transitions). Économiste du développement, elle a précédemment travaillé comme chercheuse à l’Institut de développement d’Outre-mer (ODI, Londres) et comme économiste au Département du développement international du ministère français des Affaires étrangères. 

Catlyne Haddaoui es analista de Investigación para la coalición de Transiciones Urbanas. Economista del desarrollo, y trabajó anteriormente como investigadora en el Instituto de Desarrollo de Ultramar (el ODI británico) y como economista en el Departamento de Desarrollo Internacional de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de Francia.
